All offers are non-binding and non-committal. Contracts come into being after email/ online order of the customer.
The final price will be stated in the price list, which will be deducted after every order by the production company NSA GmbH, CH-Basel, which will also delivering the ordered product.
The offers and products such as Juice Plus and Shape (Shop) are produced by the company 'NSA
GmbH, CH-Basel and distributed by recommendation, which comes about through this homepage.
Delivery service contracts (delivery every 3 or 4 months) are concluded on undetermined duration. Both parties are able to quit this contract 30 days prior to next delivery. The termination has to be in writing.
The buyer receives the complete delivery for 3 or 4 months after receipt of first payment. On delivery the buyer has the option to pay the amounts due in installments.
In the case of a recall which concerns an examination of the properties and functionality of the product the user is entitled to compensation even if he or she has used it in some way.
Payment and default:
1. Payment of the product is possible as follows:
Advance payment via bank transfer
Direct debit
Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa)
2. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
3. Should the buyer default, he or she has to pay the seller a 5 % default charges on the respective base interest rate. Delivered products remain the property of the seller until the complete payment of the invoice.
4. The buyer will also default without a reminder if he or she does not pay within 30 days after the due date and the receipt of the invoice, provided this is stated.
